Cafeteria
Plan
- The City of Bisbee has allocated
$67.62 per month for each employee in a Cafeteria Plan. This allocation
can be put toward the payment of family medical coverage or placed
in a deferred compensation plan.

Time Off
- Paid time off is granted in
lieu of vacation and sick leave. Non-exempt employees receive 128
hours and exempt employees receive 168 hours of paid time off each
calendar year. 7K partial exempt Fire Personnel receive 192 hours
of paid time off annually. Additional paid time off is granted after
five (5) and ten (10) years of continuous service with the City of
Bisbee.
